In this video, we will show you how to extend the deadline of an assessment and how to reassign an assessment.

Once you’re logged in to educators.nagwa.com, head over to “Assignments” and then click “Assessments”.

You’ll then see a list of all of your previously created assessments. From this screen, you can view the assessment questions by clicking “View”, and you can review the previous assignments of the assessment by clicking “View Assignments”. From here, you can view the assessment report and extend the deadline of any “In Progress” assessment by clicking “Extend”. After clicking extend, you can adjust the assessment deadline date as required.

You can assign an assessment to any class, group of students, or individual students who have not already received it. It’s also worth noting that if you create a new student account and add them to a class that has received the assessment before, and you would like to send to them the assessment, you will need to send it to this class again, and by default it will only send the assessment to this new student.

Heading back to the “Assessments” page, if you would like to reassign a previously created assessment, you can do this by clicking “Assign”. From here, you can set the assessment’s start and end date and time and select the classes or students that you’d like to assign it to. You also have the option of sending the assessment as a quiz, meaning that the assessment is time-limited.
